Today we started out for our trip to San Gimignano and Volterra. We were supposed to eat lunch in between visiting both towns, but we soon realized that to make our reservation at the organic farm we would need to go there first.
Here is the table they had set up for us.
The cheese is from the sheep and the meat from the pigs.
Farm fresh!
A proud Aunt Kami finally getting to hold baby Natalie.
We are really here! Enjoying the patio at the farm.
Natalie and Nick getting ready for the tour of the farm.
The whole family together!
Here is the cheese just after getting cleaned off.
The cheese in the refrigerators. Yes they get moldy and fuzzy. That is why they clean them off before they are wrapped for shipping.
Showing the girls the mold.
Different cheese types in the refrigerator and and different stages of the production.

Natalie meets a friend, Mateo
It didn't always smell so great.
We had a great time at the farm. The food was amazing and we learned so much!
All of my daughters! I am such a blessed Mommy!
And our pride and joy, our first grandchild.
